Green Peppercorn Sauce
- 1 x small Onion
- 1/4 cup Green Peppercorns
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 x Tbsp Butter
- 1 x splash of White Vinegar
- 1 x pan used to cook meat
Finely dice the onion , and make sure all the other ingredients are at the ready.
Once you finish cooking the meat of your liking, splash the vinegar into the pan and start to stir to lift off the meat juices, add the onion and butter. reduce the heat so as not to burn the onion you want soft sweet onions in your sauce.
Add the peppercorns and continue to slowly cook, add the cream you should cook the sauce for another 5 minutes until the sauce takes on a thick consistency.Add salt and cracked pepper to your taste.
Drizzle the sauce over Meat, goes great with Beef or chicken equally.
