Passionfruit Sauce


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Passsionfruit
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint 

How to:

Start off by making a simple sugar syrup. Mix the sugar and water in a pot and bring to the boil. Boil till you can no longer see sugar crystals.

Scoop out enough passionfruits until you fill half a cup, and finely slice the mint. 

Once your sugar syrup is ready, add the passionfruit and mint.
